Officers called to northern beaches home on Sunday evening before girl dies in hospital on Tuesday night after what source says was sexual strangulation act

New South Wales police are investigating the death of a 16-year-old girl after a suspected sexual strangulation act.

Police said emergency services were called to a home in Elanora Heights in Sydney’s northern beaches on Sunday evening in response to a welfare concern report.
