My main service platform. I help businesses get found in AI-powered search (GEO: Generative Engine Optimization), rank better organically, and automate the workflows that are wasting your time. Think landing pages, funnels, Google Apps Script pipelines, Make.com automations, and AI agent setups.

I wholesale vacant land in North Carolina. But instead of doing it the old-fashioned way, I built the systems around it: AI-assisted county record scraping, owner data extraction into Google Sheets, seller intake workflows, and deal-flow tracking. The whole operation runs lean.

I've Automated the workflow to upload full music albums to Youtube with minimal effort or setup..
I produce, write, and release under the alias Father Dust and use it as a live creative lab for storytelling, brand building, and testing what actually gets attention.
